Medical Surgery Success Chance is a stat: The likelihood that a colonist will succeed when attempting to perform a surgery. The actual success chance is also affected by factors like facilities, room cleanliness, medicine used, the difficulty of the surgery, and inspirations. No matter how high this stat is, there is always a small chance of failure on any operation. This chance is always at least 2%, even after all other factors have been applied.

It is then multiplied by Surgery Success Chance Factor (stat of the bed and the bed's room), Medical Potency (stat of the medicine used), and the difficulty of the operation.
