Metal tile is one of the floors that you can construct. It can be constructed out of 7 steel, making it the most expensive steel-type flooring. Smithing research is required to construct it.

Metal tiles also has 0.2 cleanliness value. Unlike silver and gold tile, metal tile is not considered a fine floor for nobles in the Royalty DLC.
