I think this page could certainly be merged with some larger concept, but I don't believe it's an "ailment" as much as a combat condition", in the same category with "Stun(ned)" - which I could find no info on (despite several articles using the term). It doesn't really fit under Damage Types... perhaps a new sub-subsection for both this and Stun under Combat#Combat_mechanics, after Dodging. I'd vote for that.
