I think this page could certainly be merged with some larger concept, but I don't believe it's an "ailment" as much as a combat condition", in the same category with "Stun(ned)" - which I could find no info on (despite several articles using the term). It doesn't really fit under Damage Types... perhaps a new sub-subsection for both this and Stun under Combat#Combat_mechanics, after Dodging. I'd vote for that. Late, but:

1. Downing is very clearly not an aliment, as it does not use severity. If you cut off both legs, then a pawn will never be cured of downing. Some chronic conditions without severity are put there, but downing also isn't a chronic condition.

2. It's not a combat mechanic, really. Anesthetic, the aformentioned leg cut, and disease can all down a pawn in a nonviolent manner.

3. (In general), I believe that pages should be seperate when possible. Maybe it's just the fact that most these pages (IMO) overuse 3= headers instead of 2=, but combined pages make it hard to actually tell things apart, let alone the page burden.
