In the core game's code, there exists a generic backstory category named InsectsRelated_Child with only one childhood backstory in it: "sewer kid". Bizarrely enough, there doesn't seem to be any kind of pawn that can spawn with this backstory category. Is there any way for this backstory to spawn naturally, or is it just unused?

I actually checked this out back in 1.3 and there wasn't any way for it to spawn in-game, and nobody I've talked to has seen it spawn. There is/was a number of other backstories that were similarly special and unused. Caesic marshal, a set of them that mentioned "gambler implants" given to them by some mysterious machine persona, and some others but I think they've since been removed.
