@ Ty et al - I want to draw your attention to the Wikipedia article on ACB-banned games, specifically the reference to Disco Elysium: The Final Cut's successful appeal. It appears(?) that RimWorld has similar "negative impact" mechanics in place for most drug use (e.g. addiction, heart attacks, etc.), and, if so, there is a strong possibility, or at the very least a precedent, for a successful appeal on this matter.
