Looks solid! Thanks for including all the links to currently existing pages also, it helps make it clear what's moving where, etc.

I'll say unless someone has any issues with the category overhaul and proposed changes as is, you can go ahead with this starting October 1st, 2015. I think that's a pretty good buffer for the active wiki guys here to see this and throw in their 10 cents.
