The categories right now are super messy, and I'd definitely appreciate a cleaner structure. As a wiki admin, I can sign off on this no prob once you've got your proposal done and agreed upon.
Some stuff that should be considered right now that I don't see on the proposal are stubs and candidates for deletion.
