Done, it works. I added 'warm up' ticks and 'cooldown' ticks from the ingame files for the Lee-Enfield ( http://rimworldwiki.com/wiki/Lee-Enfield )

If I can figure out how to do math with it, I could probably make it automatically calculate them in seconds and also calculate the DPS.
