LOL - It's all good, NONE of us did when we started! The best way to learn is to go into the "Edit" page, and look at the code - the little [tags] that are "Wikicode". If you see something that looks cool, open it up and look at how it's done - some (for example, tables) are MUCH more complicated than others, but simple stuff like ''italics'' (using 2 apostrophes on either side) or '''bold''' (using 3) (or '''''both''''' (using 3+2=5!)), or [[linking]] to another page, are all pretty straightforward.

Indenting uses a : and then a space before the line starts.
  • Bullet points use a * and then a space.

Use "Preview" religiously, to double check that you haven't broken anything (that's easy too!). If you did, then just back out and don't "Save" that edit until/unless you can figure it out, no harm done.

Keep at it, read you around. Albedo (talk) 20:08, 6 March 2022 (UTC) (Oh - and to "sign" a post ("Discussion" pages only), use 4 "tildas" ~ - like ~~~~.)
