As the name on the subject header, Also, should there be an example of all current ingame tech levels? AFAIK it's Glitterworld>Mechanoid>Ultra>Spacer>industrial>Medieval>Neolithic

There will most probably be many more projects to undertake in the future, we might want to cram the projects into a table at that time. I would suggest, well in advance, that the table should include the aproximate research time in comparison to skill level.
