Late, but:
1. Downing is very clearly not an aliment, as it does not use severity. If you cut off both legs, then a pawn will never be cured of downing, for instance.
2. It's not a combat mechanic, really. Anesthetic, the aformentioned leg cut, and disease can all down a pawn in a nonviolent manner.
3. (In general), I believe that pages should be seperate when possible. Maybe it's just the fact that most these pages (IMO) overuse 3= headers instead of 2=, but combined pages make it hard to actually tell things apart, let alone the page burden.
