Template talk:Version/Maintenance call

Hello, I was checking the Randy Random page when I saw your maintenance tag. Can you please upgrade your template so that there is a field to type a reason or explanation as to why you include it on pages? Like the templates "Delete" & "more Images" have an extra field to communicate your opinion towards other editors. As of now, anybody else who sees it will not have a clear interpretation on the reason or motive to what is missing, should be reviewed or outdated content. Im am now seeing both Randy and Phoebe.
