Rest Effectiveness

Rest Effectiveness is a stat: How fast people sleeping on this gain rest. Its minimum allowed value is 40%. Its default value is 100%. This is the building stat, for the pawn stat see: Rest Rate Multiplier. This stat is affected by quality
