Check reddit. Wiki doesn't allow me to link yet, but it's /r/RimWorld/comments/544cwq/night_shifts_are_fun_weekly_qa_thread/d877e6h?context=10000

To make sure that guys math checked out, I used dev tools to create a lvl 20 builder and made ~660+ stools while the game ran in the background. It lined up with the calculated results, so I used excel to calculate the normal distribution for all skill levels. The excel file is linked as well, if you feel like checking out my calculations.

At first I wanted to do it the long way as well, but I realised there's no in-game way to accurately get it for all skill levels. Builders level up pretty fast and that skews the results. The calculated method is the most reliable, the normal distribution is pretty reliable.
