Torture crowns: are a form of clothing added by the Ideology DLC. Add pain, for those who want to suffer.
Acquisition
Can be created at either the electric smithy or the fueled smithy.
Bulk good traders will sell torture crowns occasionally.
Summary
A crown-like headpiece with stubby inward-facing spikes that poke the head. It is used to induce pain in the wearer.
Analysis
A normal steel torture crown will apply a 5% pain modifier; if the 'Pain: Idealized' meme is taken this translates to a +3 mood buff from zero pain.
