Better to split into (Pregnancy & Babies) and (Children) IMO. Babies are different enough for children to warrant their own page, and babies and pregenancy are an easy mix. You can also get children from quests and the like. Arguably you could have pregenancy, babies, and children as all seperate pages. Family planning would be part of pregnancy.
