Slightly unrelated, but a strong passion intellectual child is possible, right? I am able to choose passions on skills that the child cannot do yet.

Vat grown organs seems more to be a topic for the analysis subsection on the growth vat page. What kind of strategies were you thinking of to discuss in family planning?

Romance could link to Social, where another subsection could be added for the things related to the dlc and/or how to manipulate your pawns' relationships.

The contraceptives subsection is good, and would be an addition to the Children and reproduction page. Family planning could be kept in the navbox, and link to this part within the page. Things like changing the chance of a pregnancy and the fertility rates are described on both pages already.
