I know there's an item property that implies it slows pawns down - [[Property:Path Cost]].  That exists for installed buildings as well as loose items such as (under "A") ambrosia and alpaca wool. What I ''don't'' know a definitive baseline for path costs, nor what the formula is and so nor what these values actually mean.
