So I took the liberty of creating separate pages for each disease and then having this page include each individual disease. This has 3 benefits:

1. it allows each disease to be searched by name, which is the expected behavior of players looking at the health tab and saying "What is that!?"

2. It simplifies any future re-orgs of content by allowing selection of health conditions atomically instead of all at once.

3. It simplified future list generation by allowing the wiki to query for diseases semantically by category
