Kid helmet
A simple helmet sized for children. It gives moderate protection against sharp attacks. Not effective against blunt weapons. That said, if this is being used in combat something has already gone very wrong.

The kid helmet is a headgear apparel added by the Biotech DLC.
Acquisition
Kid helmets can be crafted at a Fueled smithy or Electric smithy once the Smithing research project has been completed. They require 20 Stuff (Metallic) and 2,000 ticks (33.33 secs) of work.
Summary
The kid helmet is a child-sized version of the regular simple helmet, meaning it can only be worn by pawns under 13.
Analysis
As technically the only armor available for children, the kid helmet offers superior protection from damage to the head compared to anything else. This makes it an excellent choice for preventing nasty booboos.
