Fungal gravel is a type of floor. Placing fungal gravel requires the Tunneler meme. It can only be placed underneath overhead mountain. It has a fertility of 70%. It is NOT required for growing nutrifungus, which will grow on any soil type but sand (a "Dark Room", or at least a supported constructed roof is needed to block any light). Statistically identical to stoney gravel, if left untended, in total darkness, it may spawn Timbershrooms. Note that fungal gravel can be removed.
