Acquisition
Can be commonly found on Outlanders, Pirates, Imperial Troopers and Ancients. Can also be crafted at a ? bench at the cost of 
50 Steel, 
70 Cloth and 
1 Component.
Analysis
It can provide additional protection for soldiers, on top of flak vests.
Once you get a lot of devilstrand, such as in mid-late game, it's recommended you switch to the devilstrand duster as it provides slightly more protection, insulation and coverage overall; in addition, it provides excellent protection against flame attacks, making it a superior choice.
