Eltex helmet
A lightweight helmet designed for psychic focusing. While it provides little physical protection, its special materials enhance the wearer's psychic sensitivity and dissipate neural heat.

Introduced by the Royalty DLC, the Eltex helmet allows psychic pawns to be more effective, improving the strength and cooldown of their Psycasts.
Acquisition
This item cannot be crafted but only purchased through trade or received as a quest reward.
Analysis
Despite being called a helmet, its protection is comparable to a bowler hat made of low-mid tier materials. It only blocks minimal damage and, with its low HP, wouldn't last very long either. Eltex helmets also appease the headwear requirements of all nobles.
An Eltex helmet improves a pawns Psychic entropy recovery rate by 2.0 per 30 seconds, and their Psychic Sensitivity by an amount dependent on the quality.
