Concrete costs one steel, and with the exception of smoothing stone for free, concrete is the cheapest flooring. Concrete may be useful outdoors underneath wind turbines, as concrete will prevent trees from growing and interfering with the turbine's performance.

A variation of metal tile and paved tile.

Acquisition

Constructing concrete requires Stonecutting to be researched. Each tile requires Steel 1 steel.
