Potato plant
A highly nutritious tuber. Potatoes grow well even in somewhat poor soil, and form a delicious crispy outer coating when fried in oil.

It's high tolerance to ground fertility makes it efficient for growing in soil with poor fertility like gravel. Potato plants are the default crops to be grown in newly-built hydroponics basins. It is, however, advisable to change this to rice plants since potatoes benefit little from hydroponics owing to their poor fertility sensitivity, therefore having a vastly inferior nutrition output to rice.
